Ironbound Fitness, Inc. ("Ironbound," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Ironbound mobile application and the website at ironboundfitness.com. We provide AI-powered fitness coaching and nutrition guidance designed for men over 40.

Information you provide directly:

• Account details: name, email address
• Profile information: age, fitness goals, activity level, any health conditions or injuries you choose to share
• Beta signup information: name, email, platform preference, interest area
• Messages and queries you send to the AI coach

• Device type and operating system (iOS or Android)
• App usage data: features used, sessions, interactions with the AI
• Log data: error reports, performance data

Health and fitness data (with your permission):

• If you connect health data integrations (e.g., Apple Health, Google Fit), we may access workout history, activity metrics, and other data you authorize. You control what is shared.

We use your information to:

• Deliver and personalize AI coaching, workout plans, and nutrition guidance
• Improve the accuracy and quality of Ironbound's AI model over time
• Send you app updates, beta access notifications, and product announcements (you can opt out at any time)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting by third-party ad networks.

Ironbound uses AI to generate personalized fitness and nutrition recommendations. Your questions and interactions with the AI coach may be used to improve our models and service quality. We do not share individual conversations with third parties for their own training purposes.

Our AI is a coaching tool, not a medical provider. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your exercise or nutrition regimen, especially if you have existing health conditions.

We use a limited set of trusted third-party services to operate Ironbound:

• Klaviyo — email marketing and beta signup management. Klaviyo's privacy policy applies to data processed on their platform.
• Supabase — database and backend infrastructure. Data is stored securely in the cloud.
• Anthropic — AI model API powering the coaching assistant. Queries may be processed by Anthropic's systems subject to their privacy policy.
• Vercel — serverless hosting and infrastructure.

We carefully evaluate all third-party services and only share data necessary for them to provide their functions.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account and data, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Beta signup data is retained until you opt out or request removal.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
